A proud Truckee-Tahoe local for over 35 years, Megan is deeply invested in the place she calls home. Her passion extends beyond real estate-she actively supports local causes, serves on the Board for the Excellence in Education Foundation, and champions women-owned, LGBTQ+, and small businesses. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community herself, Megan is especially dedicated to creating inclusive, welcoming spaces where everyone can feel at home.

Clients turn to her not only for expert real estate guidance, but also for her deep local knowledge-everything from top-rated schools and volunteer opportunities to the best beaches, hiking trails, restaurants, neighborhoods, and hidden gems across the region.

With a BA in Psychology and an MA in Leadership, Megan has cultivated strong, meaningful relationships in both her personal life and professional circles. Real estate runs in her blood-both of her parents worked in the industry, and Megan earned her license over 22 years ago.

Since then, she's built a career grounded in trust, connection, and a reputation for going above and beyond. Many of her clients become lifelong friends-something that continually fuels her purpose and joy.

Whether helping clients buy their first home, sell a beloved property, or find the perfect mountain retreat, Megan loves being part of their journey. She prides herself on making the process smooth, thoughtful, and even fun-celebrating each step as her clients settle into the Truckee-Tahoe lifestyle.

When she's not working, Megan is all about family, travel, and the outdoors. She and her wife, Emily, stay busy cheering on their three kids: Colby at Santa Barbara City College, Bennett on the football field, ski slopes, and lacrosse field, and Quinn in gymnastics and dance. Life is full, but Megan still finds time to soak it all in-whether that's boating on the lake, hiking with her rescue dog, or simply enjoying everything that makes this mountain community feel like home.
